首先,你必須確認自己是否具備申請資格。只有持有市政署核發的飲食或飲料場所牌照,或旅遊局核發的餐廳及酒吧牌照,才可以提出申請。這是最基本的前提。
接著,申請人需要親自撰寫並簽署申請信函,並準備好位置圖、平面圖及效果圖。這些文件能讓審批部門清楚了解你打算如何使用公共空間。完成準備後,目前,你需要親身前往市政署提交遞交申請。
市政署會先審閱文件,再交由其他部門諮詢。一般而言,審批時間約為30個工作天+,。如果有部門提出不可行的意見,你需要跟進並作出調整;若各方意見一致認為可行,市政署便會作出批准,並通知你繳費及領取准照。
Before anything else, make sure you meet the basic requirements. Only holders of a valid licence issued by the Municipal Affairs Bureau for food or beverage establishments, or by the Tourism Bureau for restaurants and bars, are eligible to apply.
Once confirmed, prepare your application letter and supporting documents — including a location map, a floor plan, and a visual layout showing how tables and chairs will be arranged. These help the authorities understand how you plan to use the public space.

不得在晚上9時至早上9時營業、不得使用揚聲器或其他發聲設備、每日結束營業後必須清理現場等..
